Pregnancy and birth can feel both exciting and overwhelming. My role as your doula is to provide calm, compassionate support so you feel informed, encouraged, and cared for throughout your journey.

Every birth experience is unique, and my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and at peace throughout the process.

Birth Doula Support Investment: $1,500

Your birth doula package includes:

• Complimentary consultation
• Two prenatal visits
• On-call support beginning at 38 weeks
• Continuous labor support throughout labor and birth
• Immediate postpartum support after delivery
• One postpartum follow-up visit
• Unlimited phone, text, and email support throughout your pregnancy

As I complete my certification requirements, I am offering a special Founding Families rate for my first 5 birth doula clients. Once those spots are filled, standard pricing will apply.

Postpartum Support

The postpartum season can be beautiful, exhausting, emotional, and transformative all at once. I offer gentle support as families adjust to life with a new baby.

Postpartum support may include:

  • Emotional support and encouragement
  • Practical newborn and recovery support
  • Infant feeding support and breastfeeding encouragement
  • Basic lactation education for new parents
  • Light household assistance
  • Meal preparation assistance
  • Rest support for parents
  • A calm and compassionate presence during the transition into parenthood

My goal is to help families feel supported, informed, and cared for during the early postpartum season.

Postpartum Support Investment: $35/hour
(4-hour minimum)

Postpartum support is personalized to your family’s needs and may include emotional support, newborn care education, infant feeding support, light household assistance, meal preparation, and resource referrals.

Virtual Support

Sometimes families simply need someone to walk alongside them with encouragement, education, and support. Virtual doula support can provide guidance and reassurance from the comfort of your home.

Virtual support includes:

  • Two prenatal virtual meetings
  • Unlimited text and email support during your pregnancy
  • Phone or video support during labor
  • One postpartum virtual follow-up visit

Virtual Support Investment: $300

Ideal for surrogates, intended parents, families outside the San Antonio area, or anyone seeking additional guidance, education, and encouragement throughout pregnancy and birth.
